Not impressed so far. Drove thirty five miles to talk to people in person. The web site said they were open until ten pm and gave that address. Did not mention that there is no customer service office there. Apparently you have to call. I did that prior to driving there. Had a nine minute wait to talk to someone. Should hire more people! I was driving close to there any way so it wasn't a total waste of time but very frustrating. That you have to do everything on line and hopefully find the answers your looking for. Overall not impressed. Maybe there customer service is ok once you get to actually talk to someone.

Everything was perfect except for the delay in picking up the empty POD and being billed for an extra month which they said would be refunded but still waiting a month later. The perfect way to ruin an otherwise perfect moving experience.

My empty POD has been ready for pickup now for nearly a month. After doing some research, PODS had our address all wrong and never \moved\ the POD in their system from our original location. And had our moving location in South Portland somewhere. We moved to Porter! Charged us for an extra month. Promised they would be here yesterday to get the POD. Brought my dogs to work with me because I didn't want them stressed out over a strange truck in the driveway. Came home... POD still here. I will never ever use PODs again. Husband has spent no less than 3 hours on the phone with them this week on hold mostly. I tried calling today and the lady I talked to could barely speak English and I was left on hold for MANY minutes at a time during my 20 min call (still on hold by the way as I type this). So frustrating. If they don't come get the POD in 3 days, I will have a towing company come get it and I'll be forwarding the bill to PODs. So done!!! They get 2 stars because the move to our new location was smooth, convenient and easy. But, if we had this issue trying to get our POD moved from our old location to our new location, the police would have been called by now.
