This was the worst moving experience of my life and I have moved multiples times in the last 10 years. The moving crew were extremely unprofessional - they complained all day about the amount of items I was moving and one member asked me for my phone number multiple times throughout the day. Numerous items of furniture were damaged due to the crew dragging items. When I followed up with the office they mailed me a 200 settlement even though I paid 190 for full coverage storage. They are now refusing to answer or return any of my calls or emails. Save yourself the headache and take your money somewhere else. TO FOLLOW UP TO THE OWNER RESPONSE: Your company did not provide a \premier\ moving experience at all. If you were sorry you would have contacted me right away with an apology. Instead I was forced to repeatedly contact your office for any sort of acknowledgement. I did not want an inspector from your company to come to my house. I made it very clear that I do not feel comfortable with your employees being in my home after the way I was treated. I was spoken down to and cried all day due to the way I was treated. I spoke with Lynn in your claims department about the settlement. I told her the 200 settlement was not enough due to the damages. She said she would be in contact with me the following week with a counter offer settlement. I was never contacted, instead I was sent a 200 check. I do not feel 200 was enough for the damages my furniture endured. Again, why did I pay 190 for full coverage insurance? Stop taking advantage of your customers! ANOTHER UPDATE: The company dispatched a third party furniture restoration company to my home without giving me any notice or any information on the company. I am a young single woman who lives alone and is already unsettled due to the previous experience, I am blown away by the lack of professionalism.

Easy to unload
These guys went absolutely above and beyond today!!!! It was a very miserable, windy 19 degrees with snow and a sheet of ice. They never ever complained once, and they didn't stop to take a break after a full 11 hours of labor. They were so joyful and funny, and very very considerate and careful when we told them about certain items with sentimental value. They were so careful not to destroy or bang anything, and they made sure everything was securely wrapped and settled in the truck. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend these guys. I cannot say enough about them!!!! Please please please choose this company to help you with your move!!!!
