I would give American Chimney ten stars for the great job they do year after year, this is why I use them. When you find someone that knows what there doing you stick with them. Thank you for making my family feel more safe this winter. If I had to touch on one minor thing....I would buy the guys outriggers for the ladders. God Bless American Chimney.
It was easy to make the appointment. I received updated confirmation closer to the appointment date and received test messages the day of service. Anthony was punctual, pleasant, efficient and explained everything that he was doing. He explained the follow up and what to expect and when. No muss and no fuss. Overall, a good experience.
Company texted me to let me know they were on their way. Our service tech Anthony was very professional and did cleaning and inspection in a timely manner. Would use them again.
