Called Southern Plumbing to get a couple of faucets installed and water heater checked. Not only did they schedule me for the same day. The plumber came early. The guy was very professional and got the job done and done right. Recommend this company for your plumbing needs over the local plumber who never shows up to an appointment scheduled for 4 months
We had our capacitor go out on one of the hottest days of the year and Chase came out on a saturday and had it fixed in less than an hour. He was very professional and efficient. Thank you!
Kudos to Southern Air Heating and Cooling in Leesville. We were hit by lightening yesterday, lost our A/C. Called them at 4:00 Thursday, they immediately came out. We needed a new motor. They didn't have one in stock. They told us they would order one first thing Friday morning and have it overnighted. In the meantime the staff called around and found one in Alexandria. They sent their rep to pick it up and kept us updated. They had our air up and cooling before 1:00 pm today. Excellent customer service and professionalism. Thank you so much!
