Good 4 star. With some polish on the presentation tour and more facts about the process they would be great. Not a negative review. Just a few tweaks and they will be there. I bought a bottle of their best bourbon. Top notch.

This is a really neat place to tour and taste. Tours happen throughout the day, but calling to verify is a good idea. The tour takes you through the old prison and gives you dome history as well as some facts about the distilling process. When arriving, it's hard to really notice the entrance. When looking at the space, you park in front ot the \house\ and enter through the gates. If you pass the church, you've gone too far.

First off, I love bourbon so I was excited to go. The after hours tour was awesome and Emily was well versed in what she was telling us. Get there early though and get yourself a drink or cocktail beforehand. I recommend it just straight on the rocks, but its how I like it. My wife had the warm apple cider with their apple dumpling alcohol. It was so good she had another after the tour. These guys are well versed in what they do and I appreciate the master distiller taking the time to have a conversation with me. This will be well worth your time.

This place is AMAZING! We recently went for the Bourbon experience tour and tasting and had an amazing time! If you can afford this tour it is well worth the money. We got a private tour of the grounds and then got to sit in the barrel house and enjoy a very in depth tasting of their different barrels and products! We will definitely be back and will tell everyone we know what an amazing time we had!

This was a very unique experience! The tour remained interesting throughout and it was cool to see prison integration into various aspects of the distillery. The music was great (will make sense on the tour!). During tasting, we were able to toast local military members that have the ultimate sacrifice and to keep their memory alive. The bourbon had a great flavor and I'll be back. Give it a shot as it's the perfect way to spend a couple hours.
