Unfortunately they aren't open until 4 as google has listed. My husband and I rolled in at 15 till and was greeted by what we can only assume was a quiet friendly staff member letting us know that they were indeed closed and that the time was wrongly listed but would be promptly open again at 7 the following day. Sadly we weren't able to do business but hopefully my husband gets off of work in time tomorrow afternoon to conduct the business he was hoping to attend to today. Will make any necessary adjustments to this comment afterwards.

Whoever answers the phone there sounds like she hates her life.
Good pricing. Front staff friendly. Guys weighing all the wire were great. All in all it's a good place. I'm sure I'll be back. My only complaint is that I had no clue where to go once I pulled in... I had to get out to ask the nice ladies at the front office building where to go. Other than that it was great
Very unorganized setup. No idea where to go. Warehouse staff are rude. I was told on the phone that you take all metal, however the person taking in ours threw out half of ours and claimed they didn't take steel. He further said we could leave it for no pay. I quickly said I don't think so!
Retail customers come second to the commercial ones. Time consuming and inefficient process. The employees were friendly with their help walking me through their ridiculously unintuitive process. This company desperately needs to hire a lean expert to help them with their processes. But it's scrap metal, they don't really care about the customer experience. Was slightly better than Wise Recycling on the West side of town.
They do pay decent price but the wait here is terrible. Do not go unless you have nothing to do for at least an hour. I don't understand how they have not developed a more efficient system with 4 people conducting this fiasco.
I like going there because it's fast and people are very friendly and nice.
