Amazing Staff!! Had a great time redesigning my whole yard with their plants. both the lady at the front and one in the back area were extremely polite and helpful! For someone that had no idea what they were doing they could have sold me whatever I wanted but they took the time to help me find plants that would survive the sun exposure and soil type! Can't wait to go back next spring!!

I had an awful experience with this business today. I came by to pick up 4 bags of soil conditioner for a client, which were purchased in advance. When I arrived they told me they were waiting for me on a palette in the back. They were in fact not in the back, and when I asked for assistance I was treated very rudely by a blonde haired cashier who insisted they were back there. After going to the back again and looking a little bit longer, the blonde haired cashier stormed to my location to ultimately find that the bags of soil conditioner were not there. She acted as if she was frustrated with me that they were not there, then lead me to the front where she slammed 4 bags of conditioner onto a cart. This employee acted as if I was holding her up, even though there were very few customers on the property. I understand the pandemic is making business trickier for everyone, but no one should treat a customer like this. Although the property looks well maintained and stocked with premium materials, I would not recommend to those looking to politely engage with store employees.
