It was very nice. The servers were very friendly, cheerful, and attentive given they themselves said were short the servers. We were quite impressed by that. Our meal was great though we did have an overcooked steak. However, they gladly prepared a new steak for me and the problem was solved. We don't view this as a negative. It happens in all eating establishments. The question that must be answered is, how was the problem handled? In this case, very well.

The food was great. We had a fantastic waitress. She'd only been there for 2 weeks, but she was very attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful.
WASTE OF MONEY. It wasn’t my decision to go in the first place but I went and the food was TERRIBLE QUALITY. I ordered a soup and it was 10 dollars for an inch deep bowl of soup. That’s crazy expensive for soup and I didn’t even enjoy it. The portion was so small that my friend even had to share her pasta with me. The bread sticks taste frozen out of the box. I’m telling you I’m 15 and I could make better breadsticks. The salad was terrible. It looked like and tasted like they had thrown random things together in a bowl. The salad had whole jalapeños in them from a jar and it didn’t even taste fresh. Next, the waiter was so rude to us. She kept snapping at us with rude, sarcastic comments. Not only that but my sister went a few months before and said her waiter was rude as well.
This particular Olive Garden is the best in our area. I seldom have to wait for a table and yet they are always busy. The service and the servers are exceptional. The food is always good. I will drive further in order to go to this Olive Garden instead of those which are closer to me.
The food is excellent, and the service is good. I recommend the fried mozzarella as an appetizer. I enjoy the unlimited soup, salad, and bread sticks. the best time to come is at 11 a.m. before the lunch crowd hits, or after 2 pm.
