Our phones were down for 6 days. We were getting nowhere with AT&T and Windstream. STC sent Greg, one of their system specialists, out immediately. He diagnosed the issue and made a phone call to an american at Windstream Support. This got the right people involved. Within the next couple of hours phones were working again. Thanks STC and Greg!
