I was pregnant 22 weeks and my baby has a lot of abnormalities and not given even 1% chance of survival. I finally come to a heart wrenching decision( termination). The staffs were extremely excellent. They completely professional and helpful. I always get taken care of with any pain or discomfort right away. The d&E was not traumatized like i thought at all. I was out like a light bulb. When i woke up, everything was over. I am in a healing process and extremely thankful for all staffs in the Southfield clinic. My daughter anf I are at peace.

The office is clean and organized. The staff are friendly and they dont judge you. If you have insurance through your workplace it will cover other wise they are able to help with payment plans depending on your income. The wait was about five hours long because there was so many people. They call you back for vitals, you then wait in another waiting room in the back to be called for pee test, ultrasound, and then finally doctor come in to give you instructions and take your pill along with your home pack. It took me awhile to come back for my follow up appointment and had to reschedule so many times due to my husband's work schedule. My follow up was a success and it went smoothly and quick.

A couple weeks ago I had a D&C done. After my procedure I started having some complications and the staff was right on to fixing it. I was scared out of my mind and everyone was so caring and stayed by my side. I unfortunately had to go to the hospital for extra care and the staff still stayed by my side until the ambulance got their to transport me. After coming home from the hospital the staff still made sure to check on me. I appreciate everyone at this facility who made sure I remained calm and kept the positive thoughts going.

My experience here was terrible. The lady’s that work there just stare at you it made me feel very uncomfortable. No pleasant feeling at all should’ve went else where . Zero stars

I was scared and nervous a little haven’t had a abortion in years and all I could think about was the other clinics I been too and the slight pain I Felt and wanted to try a different location this time. but girrrrrrl the staff was great and professional made me feel really comfortable my appt was at 8am so I was there about 4hrs and that’s less compared to other locations and they were getting packed up by they was getting them girls out of there in no time and seeing a female doctor was a first for me normally I would see male doc at abortion clinic but they dope me up so all I remember is going in the room and walking out the office which is a good thing!
