As a notary public and licensed real estate agent for the State of Michigan I recently had interactions with this title company and the owner or manager, Joel Dault. I was hired as a closer to close a real estate transaction for Progressive Title. I completed the transaction as instructed, however, Joel, didn't like how a couple of forms were completed and decided to yell at me over the phone about how I didn't do my job and even called me a LIAR. The truth is he is the LIAR and points blame at anyone but himself. I won't go into details but as a consumer as well as a real estate agent I would not send my business to this company solely based on how Joel treats his clients/customers. After his rant and degrading comments towards me he told me to \get off his phone\ and hung up on me. For a company who serves the public, I'm not sure the public would want to be serviced by Progressive Title.
BEST -- Best Title Insurance Agency I have ever used. Owner and Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I my opinion, anyone not using this company is crazy.
They are crooks and liars. Do not use this Company. They never did a Title search on our house we purchased. When we sold it, the title came up with all these liens. We have the proof that they didn't do their job correctly. They are unethical and have no morals. The guy on the phone hung up on me.
