I would highly recommend St. Marie's Hospice to care for your loved one. After doing my research and checking the reviews on over 20 hospice groups in metro Detroit I chose them because they came highly recommended by 2 different families that I spoke with who had used their services. I was not disappointed. I called St. Marie's. In an hour they were there. In just 3 hours they had the situation under control, my loved one out of the screaming pain she had been in for weeks by giving her the pain relief medicine she needed so she could rest comfortably, and they soothed and comforted me, her caregiver. My loved one rested peacefully and comfortably from that moment on until she later passed. She was at peace and so was I until the end. So yes, if you are looking for the right hospice group to assist you and your family, you have found it! Ask for Monica Winbush RN, to call and assist you. It will be like calling your best friend or a loving sister for their help.
