I love this store but the rude employee that cash me out was nothing but nasty towards me. I had to speak first to the old women said hello how are you. mmm did i get a response no. more like a huff coming from her. I didn't get her name i was so upset. I screen shoot my reward an coupon i want to use. she try to scan it an told me it need to be brighter. Told her i cant even figure my phone out. i try again going through the app. as she stood there with an attitude. At this pint i a bit flustered an tried to pull up the coupon\u003e she replies to me i don't know why you just didn't make it brighter. I looked at her an asked what everyone problem was tonight. it must be in the air an yes i laugh in her face. She asked me if i wanted to use my 5 i had from rewards. I'm like oh okay didn't even know i Had one. showed her my phone an she replies back you don't have 5. I'm like okay but then she say you said you wanted to use it. I'm like no i didn't say that you did. she rudely say well i cant go any further you need to put your phone number in. So i did. I'm like wow everyone on edge tonight it seem. No coupon nothing was applied she could have went into her drawer an pulled out her sheet with them on. But no she want to be mean. I grabbed my stuff an told her last time i come in here. I went to my car an broke down as this was the second cashier that was nasty towards me. I respect all that have to work with the public sometime i am over nice. I did not deserve to be treat in such a manner. You can tell she hated her job an took it out on me. She was also the one cleaning the front entrance with no mask on as i walked through the door. I am beyond upset . this happened at 19:48 2762368 sale 5268 1279 003.

Extremely helpful staff in all departments in my several experiences. Very clean and organized/well laid out store. Framing Dept. answered every question and have good advice when I asked for it in regards to a couple projects. Love this place!
One of the smaller Michael's I've been to. Still they packed a fair amount of product in. Cashier was super friendly.
Not a lot of people on the store, which I was glad for. Nice associates. Good selection.
The Staff were good, store was clean and well stocked. Needed stuff for a birthday present that doesn't need anything. Of course the soda and lotto tickets were purchased at Michaels.
