The designs will take your breath away. The prices and floor plans are the best I have seen in Southlake. What a wonderful over 55 community! Downsizing was never more elegant. The energy bills should be under 90.00 per month since the attic and garage temperature was 82 on a day when it was 101 degrees Impressive!

Grenadier Homes unilaterally, and unexpectedly, rescinded my contract for a town home 10 months after I signed the contract. My strong suggestion is to have an attorney review the contract before purchasing a new home from Grenadier.

My wife and I visited the model homes in Southlake , TX. They are absolutely beautiful. The spring feed lake is a very nice touch as well. We witnessed a man with his two grand daughters fishing and they also caught a fish! Rex Masterman was our guide and he was very knowledgeable regarding the homes efficiency and how the homes were built.
