I had a leaking pipe in my hot tub. Frank - owner of Spa Med-X asked me to send him pictures of the broken pipe, which I did. I told him what it looked like, the exact place it was leaking from, and the parts that would probably need to be replaced - even going into detail on what type of connectors it would need, etc. Frank gets over to the house after a week of waiting, takes apart a couple of items, and then tells me he can't do it because of his back problem - even bemoaning that "His chiropractor would be upset because of too much lifting". He takes a couple pictures - and hands me a bill for 130.00 for doing NOTHING!!!
