Uh, we were going to hire them. They sent a confirmation to our little girls birthday and they more than doubled the price. Adding a hidden fee of cleaning due to \winter\ lol and a 2 round trip stated at 60 miles away. We are in the next town, only 15 miles away one way. What the ?????? Tons of hidden fees, that the woman never told us about while having conversations, discussingblocation &prices. We were cool with the 350, but close to 800 for one child's bouncer rental. Come on. Now it's so last minute, we're not sure if we can rent one somewhere else.

Excellent service and experience. I never thought so many grown men would enjoy a bouncy house so much, but they did! My husband created so many memories with our son during his party through the various party equipment we rented. The bouncy house and the photo booth being the number one places for memories to overflow! My husband and I recommend Inflatable Event Professionals if you’re looking for a customer service oriented party, equipment rental company. Definitely worth it!

The staff members here really do go above and beyond the standard level of customer service. They definitely aren’t the typical run of the mill equipment rental company. They take customer satisfaction very seriously and this was made evident to me by my interaction with their representatives. I was treated like a valued customer, rather than a dollar sign. This will make me feel more inclined to give them my business again in the future for my daughters next birthday party. Kindness and professionalism goes a long way when conducting business and Inflatable Event Professionals seem to understand this crucial concept that so many businesses seem to miss out on. We used them for a corporate picnic. They were very reasonably priced for our rental of multiple items, but beyond that, they were prompt on arrival, set up exactly as I had requested and ran the inflatable features smoothly to create a fun time for all. They were also quite efficient in their tear down and were out well before the end of our location's rental deadline.
