As a \surprise\ for my wife I took her vehicle to Sparkle for \The Works\ package back in June which cost 29 total. Since we have used their services before I naturally expected their premium cleaning package to be top notch. Unfortunately, when she saw her car she was disappointed because, even though I made every effort to remove as much as possible from the vehicle before it was serviced, the floors were not thoroughly vacuumed and the crevices in the cup holders were still full of crumbs and dirt. Furthermore, the exterior wax job was sub-par and not even worthy of a tip, which I still gave as a customary measure. Since there's not a lot of competition I can't promise that we will not return, but to date we have not. Hence, if so it will be for basic exterior service. Hopefully, the manager will respond to this review and act accordingly.

I had bad experience in this place. I paid 40 for full wash and extra 7 for back mats, but all my mats was totally dirty, they was just vacuumed without washing it and throw it in, they even didn't put it in it's place. When complained to manager about it he said if you want it full wash and clean make appointment and pay 250 in advance. And asked me not to come back again. I don't know what was his problem.
Went there today to get car washed. They did a fantastic job. Will highly recommend this place to everyone. They all were wearing masks and making sure social distancing was Being followed. Lines on ground and spacing out the cars. Very professional and they did a great job. Can’t give enough praise!
Went for a car wash plus vacuum, although there were 12 people working on my car no one even vacuumed under my car mats !
I have to say Without a doubt, this is my favorite car wash. I usually get the special which is inside and out. My seats are shiny, crevasses cleaned, the cars wheels are shinning bright. The service makes me feel like royalty. Friendly, honest and hard workers like a pit crew. Not to mention I am a United States Marine & they offer me a discount. God bless you.
