I have used this sanitation company for over 15 years and they ALWAYS service well, one time there was a problem on my bill the office person researched it and found the error and corrected it, also thanked me for being it to their attention. I want to thank Quivey Sanitation for the years of good service.
I've had problems with the drivers not showing up to my house for a month I called and they said my neighbors address which had a bill that apparently wasn't paid (we pay or bills on time) and yet they still wanted me to pay for my service... that got fixed then they raised there bills and didn't put it on ours the nxt time we got a bill we also was told we didn't pay the new payment and we owe them for not paying the correct bill after talking with them that was settled... now every time I come here to pay a bill they aren't here I can understand if something came up sick or some emergency but when I call there number it tells me open 9a to 4p lunxh hours 12p to 1 p and yet they STILL aren't open this is just a little bit of our problems we have more problems .... ugh so frustrating
I always find the office staff and the men on the trucks to be very helpful and pleasant
