I don't get some of 5he things Walmart does or doesn't do rather...you sell calligraphy pen sets, but no ink refills! You sell a jewelry stamping kit but no extra charms to make more or just in case you screw up the 1 in the box...? Now as for this particular walmart...they had a lot of empty shelves. And the makeup area was definitely very unorganìzed.

In spite of how crowded and busy it was because of the holiday season, The workers was yet very nice, courteous, and helpful. They all had a smile on their faces and one of the workers was very busy trying to get the dairy products stocked but I asked him if there was any more eggnog and he stopped what he was doing and he smiled at me and politely asked me if I would wait while he checked. And he thoroughly checked and he apologized to me because there wasn't anymore. I always enjoy my shopping experience at the Sparta, Illinois Walmart store. They are all so nice. Thank y'all so much. ️

I do not understand Wal-mart. Do they care about customer satisfaction? They have great, friendly employees, good prices and products. Why ruin the shopping experience by having ONE checkout lane open. One spends more time in the checkout lane than actually shopping. This drives me nuts!
