The level of incompetence and unprofessionalism from the top down of this place is astounding. Deffinatly a mom and pop kinda place. The doctor is cool but the office staff is a joke. Continually don't call people back, miss scheduling appointments, and they admit it. The mgr herself has to apooigize to me once because they \dropped the ball\. Thong is they drop the ball more than not. When I spoke to the director about these issues he brushed it off and told me that I needed to give the staff \patience and grace \. When I inquired who his supervisor was he hung up on me. Real professional director Phil.

Very helpful health management facility. The staff is very helpful. One of the few places where i feel safe and comfortable. The practitioner nurse Lola and her assistants made me feel like a family. They answer all my questions no matter how stupid they are.. i am happy to be connected with Specturm.

Their \after dark\ option for HIV & STD testing is not only convenient.. it's also free! They offer treatment options of needed and counseling if there is a positive diagnosis. These guys are offering a much needed service in a laid back environment.
