If I could rate less I would. It started with purchasing shoes for 150 that make cycling more efficient. The employee put the cleats on upside and backwards. For two weeks I tried to ask for help and cyclists next to me tried to help. Embarrassing! Finally an employee figured out the issue Getting into a class early doesn’t happen. I paid 417 to get into 1 class over 3 months! I also paid during pandemic to help the small business out during a crisis. I received an email thanking me and I could schedule workouts a week before they opened. Twice I text messaged back what’s the schedule. I was told sorry I forgot to add it but we’re booked. I still have text for reference. Anna H the District Manager told me the owner doesn’t get involved in these customer issues she’s in charge. I’m going back to Orange Theory! Cost less and they know customer service. I should have never left! Kathleen
