This business is very dishonest. Took 1000 from my brother a disabled veteran. His ATV was NEVER repaired. He is still suffering mentally from this unprofessional business We reported this matter to the BBB and Spillman have not corrected their mistake and have not reached out to my brother. VERY BAD BUSINESS!!

This place have terrible customer service and very dishonest! Every time my father came to check up on his 4 wheeler there was a different story every time and they just keep giving him the run arounds and it’s been a year now!!! He then ask for a refund for the 1000 deposit that he paid them upfront and they keep telling him to come back for it, but when he goes up there they come up with all these lies and just keep giving him another day to come! It’s just the same thing every time. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone!!!

This business may have been an awesome business at one time. But now...... I’m not sure....My father took his 4wheeler to this business a year ago along with 1000. He was able to get the 4wheeler back about two week ago and it’s still not fixed. And the owners wife asked us to give her a week to come up with the 1000 deposit we put down —it’s almost 3weeks. I am so disappointed in “Tammy”, the woman who works at the desk. She has given at least 50 stories — the latest being “my niece was just in a serious wreck and we had to close the business today, so come Friday and we’ll have the money——can’t call the business because it says the number is disconnected! I pray God move in their spirit to take care of this matter. We are seeking legal advice next week!!

I have my 2016 canam outlander xmr 4 wheeler at spillman motor sport so far so good with mrs. Tammy. They really hands on with there work and be putting in late hours at the shop to make sure that your bike will be 100% good when you get it back.. yes I will use them again and again and again if needed....
