I have been disappointed with this company from the start. The installation process was a huge hassle to get them coordinated with other subcontractors so that the whole project wouldn't be on hold. Recently, my fireplace stopped working. Not knowing anything about fireplaces, and believing that it was under warranty, I called. They said that I was on the schedule, and no one came out. Then I called back and actually got on the schedule. The tech had to call me 4 times because he had the wrong address and the wrong door code. After changing the batteries, they are charging me 114. There are lots of places to buy your fireplace. Go elsewhere.
