I only went to drop off something. The receptionist was on speakerphone taking about her wedding and said this is gonna take a few minutes. So I sat down and waited while she talked about table cloths alcohol red Solo cups ECT. When she hung up she started talking to a guy standing in the office. REALLY? Finally she looked over and said oh do you need something. After about 5 minutes. Totally unprofessional. You always take care of people first. Weddings are great. Do that stuff on your own time. Hope that's not how they run the business or were in trouble.

We were booked with this bus line from a riverboat cruise. We were to go on our excursions with them at each port, and at the end to take us to the airport. One of our party is wheelchair bound and utilizes an electric chair to do everything. Well in advance the bus company and riverboat cruise knew of our needs. To keep it short. The bus line continually struggled to operate and maintain a functioning wheelchair bus lift at each port. This had caused us to miss two excursions during our trip. We then on our trip from the cruise to the airport the driver did not know how to turn on the air conditioning in the bus, and had to pull over 20 minutes in to have the bus driver on another bus behind us come on to work the air conditioning. The bus had also sounded like it wanted to grind itself apart every time we were downshifting and braking. Why I give two stars is due to our first drivers politeness and apologetics for all the issues, and if we had not needed the use of a wheelchair lift we at least would have gotten from point A to point B with little issue. Please train your bus drivers for the use of their lifts and maintain the buses in general
