It isn't often that I am blown away by a retail business experience. I've shopped at Shred a couple of dozen times since moving to Spokane and have had a good experience each time. The store is clean, the employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and it really has a great vibe. Recently, my son had an issue with some ski equipment we'd purchased from Shred a year before. They took care of the issue quickly and with a smile. Our salesman that day, Brian really knows his stuff and I can't recommend him highly enough. They've made a customer for life in me. Do yourself a favor and patronize this great business that is in many ways a throwback to how things used to be done.

Staff were super friendly/knowledgeable staff. Was able to bring in skis and bindings to get mounted same day. Also had professional level help getting boots fitted and a good range of products.
Amazing place!! The staff is super knowledgeable, with spectacular customer service!! I had an awesome experience with Matt. He is one of the go to guys for skiing. I recommend everyone make this their first and only stop for your ski, snowboard, and mt bike needs
I went in to get fitted for ski boots and had a wonderful experience! They hooked me up with exactly what I needed and made some adjustments to my boots to make them fit perfectly. My husband also brought in his current pair of boots to have them adjusted—they knew what he needed and how to make his boots work better for him. Highly recommend this store!
I got my new board here! They good quality, and we got discounts! The staff was super nice too! Great place for people who like boarding, biking, skiing, and many more!
