Five stars isn't enough. I met with Michael when I picked up my CPAP machine and it was as good of an experience as I'll probably ever have with regard to medical stuff. He was so well informed of my exact condition and needs, was thorough in explaining sleep apnea to me as well as explaining the benefits of the machine. He went over using the machine with me, even doing a \trial run\ so I would be prepared that night. He didn't rush things, answered my questions and was very personable and funny. I had such a great time, which isn't something one would usually say about visiting a medical supply shop. I left in great spirits feeling confident that I'd be able to get set up at home that night. Thank you for providing such extraordinary service.
