Bought a 2019 Starcraft Pontoon in May of 2019. It did not have a tow bar on it and we asked if we needed one because we definitely were going to be pulling a tube. I even upgraded to a larger motor. Was told by Eric and Dan that it wasn’t needed and even instructed me on what rope to buy. We tubed all summer no issues. I called in March and told Dan I wanted one installed for this summer. He would order one. It’s now five months later and no tow bar. Took it in a month ago because the hook ring broke off one of the pontoons while tubing.( which thank god didn’t hurt someone) I called immediately and Dan instructed us to bring it in to the shop on Monday and he would have the tow bar, and fix the hook. which we did. Five days later boat was fixed, but no tow bar. I’ve called and sent emails several times, I even sent an email to Star Craft. NO RESPONSE!!!! We love our boat, but with six grandsons wanting to tube again.... what does it take to get a tow bar!!!! I’ve been more than patient.
