I recently purchased a 2020 Ford Edge ST from Spradley-Barr Ford in Fort Collins. Tori Turpin was my salesman and he was both professional and helpful to me throughout the the process. This includes the follow-up activities to window coating and other items. The Edge is fun to drive! Overall, I had a pleasant buying experience from Tori Turpin and the staff at Spradley-Barr.

Jason Huber was our salesman and everything went very smoothly, probably the best experience I've had at a dealership. We were treated fairly and never felt pressured to buy. We originally came to the dealership in search of a new F150 but after talking with Jason about our needs and options, we ended up purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned F250. Even though it was more than we wanted to spend, and more truck than we thought we needed, Jason correctly pointed out that this truck was better suited for our truck camper and it would actually be the more affordable option in the long run. We are very satisfied with our purchase and highly recommend Jason.

No Stars!!! They will only contact you if it benefits them. Numerous voicemails left for weeks and no response from anyone in management. I'm sure if I wanted to buy something they would call me immediately. Typical car salesman BS here, no customer service!!! No support! Wish I went else where!
