If I could give them 0 stars I would. I took a very large order there of 88 pieces. I was told he would be able to get them clean. I went back to pick them up last Friday and all but 17 of the pieces were still dirty. He told me he would try again. I was just back this morning and while he got a couple more pieces clean, I still have 54 with stains on them. I asked for a refund for the 54 items that did not get clean. He refused. After going around in circles for close to 25 minutes he gave me 40 back and told me to go somewhere else. So now I'm out 122 dollars for the remaining dirty pieces and I have to pay someone else to actually clean them correctly.
my bill was 33.00. so I gave the guy 3 ones and two 20.00 dollar bills and say give me 10.00 back. The guy was so confused by this he claimed I didn't give him two 20 dollar bills and accused me of trying to rip him off by confusing him. Seems like a simple math problem. He never gave me back the twenty and in order to get my altered jeans back I had to give him an additional 10. He lost me as a customer who had given him a lot of work in the past. The guy is not only stupid but an outright crook. Don't give him your business.
