After years of frustration with other vendors and equipment I have AV Designs to thank for making the sound, wifi, and alarm systems in my home run seamlessly. Had a great experience from start to finish! Chris Palmer did a great job working with me to get as much accomplished within my budget. It took a few times on my part, but he was willing to do whatever I felt comfortable with. Chris was spot on with all his recommendations and I’m very glad I listened to him. The installation guys (Joe and Anthony) were extremely polite and knowledgeable. They happily answered all my uneducated questions. I pointed them to the locations of the work to be done and got out of their way! They were clean and tidy, and definitely left it better than they found it.
I highly recommend this company! Chris and his team are exceptional - from service to product knowledge and installation. They had a solution to every AV problem we have had in our home. You can trust AV Designs to do a great job.
