Mr. Thompson runs a spec...tacular business. Today, when I picked up my glasses up they weren't fitting just right so Mr. Thompson did some additional work for which I should have been charged for. However, because Mr. Thompson is a man of good character and understands the principle of reaping & sowing he did the additional work for free. Mr. Thompson, I truly suggest you spend the to make that place look modern and \pretty\...you'll profit from it.

Precise is not the word that we would use to describe the work that we received from Dale Thompson. In fact, it was anything but precise. We took a 600.00 pair of titanium glasses to this place and the frame was destroyed due to the extreme inexperience of this individual. First, we explained that the frame was titanium and secondly, “titanium” was written on the frame. So, no excuse for not knowing what the frame was made of. Conventional welding cannot be done on titanium. It must be laser welded. Individual tried to do the job without knowledge or proper equipment for titanium repair. Glasses were ruined and beyond further salvage. This individual handed us the scorched, ruined glasses in two pieces and told that he had recently purchased some used laser equipment and was in the process of watching “You Tube” videos to try to learn this skill! To make matters worse, he had popped the lenses out of our glasses and put them into an ugly, cheap frame he had on hand and charged us 30.00. As you can see by the photos, the lenses didn’t even fit properly. If you want proper repairs done to your expensive glasses we’d say, stay away. Our experience was precisely disastrous.

My wife's glasses were broken at the bridge and couldn't be fixed. Precise Eyeglass found some new frames that would hold her lenses and she was good to go. So easy and inexpensive. Thank you!

Today, 24 October2019, I visited the Precise Eyeglass and Frame Repair shop. My dog had eaten my Temple bars on my glasses, making them unwearable. I had called first and was greeted by a most pleasant male voice. I explained my problem and he assured me he could take care of it right now. It is a half hour drive one way for me but I needed my glasses and didn’t want to wait while my frame was sent back to manufacturer. He took one look went “ ok you want to wait on this?”. Which I did. I had my dog on leash as I can’t leave her alone. The fellow at the eye glasses repair was just as pleasant in person, though he informed me that no dogs were allowed. As I had my dog with me I waited about 15 minutes in my car in the parking lot. There is ample parking. There are several Handicap marked spots near the building entrance plus’s this business has one spot reserved and identified as reserved for this business. He brought my glasses with new temple bars out to me in my car,and charged me 35 for the job. I think that is a fair price. I highly recommend this business. Be sure and look at my photo of the front of the business so when you go you can recognize it without having to look all over. I am parked in the reserved spot, mentioned in this review, in the little red Mini Cooper, in this photo.
