While on the search for a legitimate part for our husqvarna riding lawn mower. I came across this wonderful shop. Not being mechanical inclined, I called and soon the lady on the phone and I had found the part! They were holding it for me at the front desk. As soon as I got there I was instantly helped and on my way in less than 5 min! Great experience and I will be back to shop for more parts if need be in the future.

Never been treated so rudely as I was today at Straights. As I was telling them what I needed, the owner scoffed and told the other employee “he doesn’t know what he needs” and walked away. Don’t go in there for anything unless you have a model number! I wanted a weed eater handle to put on a spray wand pipe. There is no model number so they walked away from me as I was pointing at a handle on a weed eater in stock and telling them that is the one I wanted.

Bought a used zero turn from salesman Colby who claimed this mower had just been gone thru. First day I brought it back leaking oil. Bad valve cover gasket. Mistakes happen right? I pick it back up the next week and mow again, notice the mower is still leaking oil.. I haven’t put 10 hours on the machine without it leaking oil and I had to pay for it the second time. The old woman behind the counter told me I should have bought a brand new one. The straights a con artist don’t get taken for a ride.
