After the snow/sleet storm, started having issues with our garage door. Made an appointment for an estimate with Affordable Door. Of course, another storm (sleet ), they called and we changed the appointment for the afternoon. The tech called, said he would be able to arrive in 45 minutes. I was pleased with the estimate which included installation and labor. Also able to install it in two days. Didn't have to wait. David arrived on time, very professional and easy to talk to. Able to answer my questions. After the garage door was installed, he went over everything. The warranty, recommendations for maintaining the garage parts. We are very pleased with David's experience and service. We look forward to doing business with Affordable Door in the future.

Affordable Door installed a garage door opener for me. Everything was smooth and seamless from the quote to the installation. Crystal was extremely responsive and worked with me the night before the appointment to reschedule due to a work conflict. I had a question after the installation was done. The call was at 5:30pm and my call was immediately answered and question was addressed. Top notch service and at a great price. On top of the great price is great value due to level of customer service, quality of installation and a 3-year parts and labor warranty (all other quotes only offered 1 year labor warranty). Highly recommend.
Affordable Door replaced my garage door last summer, Mauricio and David Rodríguez were very kind and professional. In the first attempt they noticed wasn't possible to replace the door because the wood was damaged by the existence of termites in the past, they were very patient explaining the problem and I had to solve it, changing the wood and using the alternative company (Affordable Pest ) who applied a treatment to make sure the termites never will return. On the second attempt the door was successfully replaced, the technicians are very skilled and knowledgeable, the ease and functionality of the door are very satisfactory, and the price was reasonable. The company did a great job. From start to finish. We had 2 hiccups and the ladies in the office were all over it. The tech also did a nice job on the repair.
