Update: Steve Bach gave me a call today to follow-up on my review. We discussed my issue and he apologized for the hassle that I am going through and said that he would definitely follow up on it. The staff was very helpful with my CPAP and supplies but their billing is another story. I have spent a long time on the phone with them, asked to talk to supervisors then hung up on.

I tried to get a CPAP from them. When I showed up for my appointment the CPAP they tried to push on me did not fit my needs. As a matter of fact my insurance requires me to pay 10 month rental fee. That fee would have paid for the machine at a net profit. Then they bill my insurance. I needed a travel CPAP \ because I travel for work extensively\ which they carry 2 brands. The lady Brinda I think is her name said my insurance would not pay for it. So I didn't take it no big deal. I call my insurance and they said they would pay if the script specified travel. So I had another script sent over that specified travel. They would not process the script. I asked why and there answer was \ it's company policy to only sell travel CPAP machines for cash only. We won't send them through insurance\ . This company doesn't care about people there out to give you the cheapest product at the highest markup then Bill your insurance company after you've already paid for it in rental fees. This is why our health insurance premiums are so high. Companies like this is who you thank. I can order my product online for half the price.

Wish I would've read reviews before giving them so much money. I've never had to purchase medical supplies, so when I did, I was hoping to get some help and some questions ordered. I just needed simple compression items, but I was rushed out of there so quickly, no questions answered because I barely had time to ask questions! I took in a prescription, expecting some sort of effort with insurance, and was just told \they don't cover it\, very abruptly. At least try! At least see that I'm probably younger than a lot of your clientele and offer to actually help me instead of measuring me, grabbing an item from the shelf that fit those measurements (but isn't what I would've picked for myself AT ALL) and let me know the price before my debit card is in your hand! I'm just really frustrated and felt like I threw money away for a product I HATE wearing and only do so when my pain is dire, and that's not why my Dr. wrote me that prescription. I'd love to have a product I can wear the way I'm supposed to, but I don't want to spend this kind of money again. Shoulda just looked online or something.

I wouldn't get a band aid from this people if it was the last place I could get one. Need a lift, funding is already allocated for payment. It has been for a year, and all I get are excuses from Bruce on how it is always someone else's fault.

This place has the WORST customer service I have ever had to deal with in my life. They were great when I went to my appointment to get fitted and stuff because they knew I was about to pay 1500......after that though, they have been ZERO help. I’m trying to file an insurance claim for the 1500 I spent on my machine and the girl today told me “we can talk to the insurance or have anything to do with that since it wasn’t ran through insurance” Even though my insurance said they HAVE to hear this from them...... I said well I’m running it through insurance now so what’s the difference. Also I talked to a guy there a couple weeks ago that said “yeah fax over a sheet with the info that you need and we will pass this along to insurance for you” so I did and they basically never sent it. The girl on the phone says “yeah he’s new, sorry he probably didn’t know.” ........just know that if you get something from there, just expect a complete nightmare. If I could go back and buy my machine anywhere else, I would in a heartbeat and I suggest you do the same.
