Binswanger Glass replaced a large trapezoidal thermal pane window at the peak of our cathedral windows and did an amazing job. Not only did they fit the new glass perfectly but it required scaffolding in our living room to install it. The whole process was done expertly and professionally AND affordably. We can’t thank Binswanger enough for coming out to our rural home and replacing the foggy pane, painlessly!

I went in to try to find a replacement latch for my tilt to clean window. the gentleman went back to the back and found me two possible replacements and would not take any money for them. He also gave me two websites to visit in case they didn't work. One of them did work however and I was very happy. I highly recommend this place to anyone they will take great care of you.

We did not have a pleasant experience and will not use their services again. We had an unusual project for them to do, but they accepted the task. We submitted our request on Monday and were told it would be finished the end of the week. We didn’t receive a call on Friday so we called the next Monday and they weren’t finished. We patiently waited and called back Wednesday and they said it was ready. We went to pick it up and our project was given to us after we paid for it but it started falling apart before we left the shop. They didn’t seem to care and didn’t offer to make it right. So, we essentially paid for a full project when all we got was a small piece that they cut for us and we had to finish the project ourselves.
