I think this is the only diaper service in the Eugene/Springfield area. They are great and at 60/month is a very reasonable rate. They save us quite a bit of money on trash removal cost and is less expensive than disposables. I wanted to get an updated review for those out there who are considering this great cloth diaper service!

Eugene's only active diaper service and an unbelievable bargain and time saver! At 55 per month, as of sep 2016, this is an amazing way to do cloth diapers and skip the laundry, all for less than disposables would likely cost. Owner is very friendly, prompt although they only deal over the phone and have no website. How it works: You get 70 clean diapers each week, a diaper pail and a plastic bag liner for the pail. They will drop these off before your due date and then once you deliver, you call to let them know. They come weekly, take away the plastic bag of dirty and drop off the same number of clean ones from the previous week. Essentially it's magic! A few tips: while in the first few weeks you may need more than 70 diapers, it works out because you have two weeks worth at once, so you actually start out with 140 diapers. We also used disposables occasionally while out and about. Once you need less diapers you can use them for everything else like burp cloths, clean up, changing table pad, etc, etc. And get them washed along with the diapers! On using prefolds: we coupled these prefolds with thirsties brand wraps as water proof covers and closed them up using snappis instead of the old school pins. Finally, if you use a baby registry that allows you to ask for funds you can fund a few months of this service to get started. Overall a great service and system that's much less intimidating than starting the whole cloth diaper thing from scratch!
