Would give Tim 6/5 stars if I could. On a Friday, when most would start their weekend, Tim was at my house in less than 10 minutes to diagnose a problem. This is the type of customer service you won’t find anywhere else! I’ll be calling him for all future electrical needs.

Mr. Littrell will continue to get my business and everyone I know. I had a hot tub installed and had some minor issues from a previous electrician. Mr. Littrell was swamped, yet came out himself after hours to look at my problem. This is something that most people wouldn't do! A true professional that cares about people and his team. Very responsive to text messages and phone calls. From here on out he is my go-to electrician if needed!!!!
Mr. Littrel responded to a request for some electrical work I needed done. I told him I would get back with him, that I had something come up. I did call Mr. Littrel back and set up a time to discuss my projects and he emailed me wanting my address, to which I gave him. We had a time and day all set up which was good for both of us. The day came and he didn't show up, he didn't call, he didn't text, he did nothing. I waited for some kind of response to which I never received. This is unacceptable, it's no way to run a business. Maybe it was a God send that I didn't have to deal with this kind of proprietor. No\good referrals\ from me.

I asked them to call ahead so I could lock up the dogs. They did and were here on time and got all the work done in the time and price they quoted. Even with training one guy they managed to pull everything off. They cleaned everything as well.Very pleased and would definitely recommend
