Honestly the worst office ever. The women who work reception or phones or whatever it is they do, are the most miserable, unprofessional and rude people I have ever dealt with in my life and I’ve never even been here. Just a confirmation phone call was absolutely filled with unnecessary rudeness and sarcasm. I don’t know why they don’t do anything about this or why they continue to allow this behavior based on the several other reviews that indicate the same behavior. Please believe the reviews that you read. They are absolutely factual.

I called and told them my situation and was told I needed a referral from my primary Dr and so I did aquire the referral. I called back again 4 day later to make an appointment and the receptionist had the nerve to tell me that the scheduling staff was short so don't call us well call you. If I could give zero stars I would. How arrogant!

Red flags everywhere. They weren't knowledgeable on standards of care and proper terminology, yet claimed to have years experience on the subject. Who knows, maybe they do good work, but if your providers office doesn't know basic terms and standards of care, would you be brave enough to try them out?
