I love Sprouts Farmers Markets. Great products and fresh produce But this location needs some help from the management down. Employees are rude and morale is low. Customer service is low on the priority list and they seem to have a major problem retaining employees. One employee in particular (Mona) is very rude and does not wear proper face covering and then denies it when called out. Dishonest to say the least.

I come here at least 3x a week for my fresh fruits, veggies, and dairy alternatives! The staff always helps me find what I need or pulls it from the back. I feel like they have very reasonable prices for the items and frequently have random sales too!

I LOVE shopping at Sprouts! I am so glad they are on the East Coast now. I discovered them in Las Vegas and Boulder. Then I found them in Winter Park, Florida and now in Atlanta Georgia. By far they have the best produce in the area. Their prices and quality cannot be beat. I always find new things to try that I wouldn’t have found if I shopped online. That experience alone is worth the trip to Sprouts. This store has a parking garage which I like, because you’re out of the sun especially in the summer. The store, including the bathrooms is very clean. It is a well stocked and well organized store. I intended to just run in and out and ended up spending an hour here.

The absolute worst customer service of any Sprouts I have went too. There were buggies overflowing in the parking lot that you had to drive around. Once inside the store the staff was unfriendly and could care less about the customers My biggest issue was the cashier throwing and slamming my fruit on the checkout counter. I am certain my apples were bruised thus causing them to go bad sooner than they normally would. The management of Sprouts needs to get this store back under control. It gives the entire chain a bad name
