cannot say enough about Chris Moore and his team at SR Technologies...personally I am at the mercy of most tech stuff and recently had some upgrades done with the machines in my business. Along with Chris leading the way, his lead tech, Mike is instrumental in not only navigating through this world of technology but incredibly thorough and that says volumes for SR Technology alone...quite frankly I have been in contact with several other technicians at SR Technology who as well hold high esteem for what they do and what they do for SR Technologies. It truly is the peace of mind that I personally get from working with them.

As a first-time customer, I brought my laptop into SR Technologies after trying every solution possible for my black screen of death. I got a call from them the next day and they told me my computer was still under warranty (I thought it had lapsed) and I could send it to the manufacturer or they'd do it for me, free of charge. I opted for the latter and received an update after they sent it, explaining when I'd likely get it back. Right on schedule, they called me and when I came in, they pointed out what had been repaired and charged me only half of their minimum service fee. I really appreciated their checking my warranty, updating me, and giving me a discount and found the whole staff very friendly. I'll be back if I have a problem.

Eric and Carlos are very helpful. They answered all my questions and came straight forward as to what kind of expectations from my old computer. I didn’t have to buy a new computer but just replaced the nonfunctional internal drive and happy to use it without freezing now so far. Thanks Guys
