I had 3 windows and a sliding glass door that were stuck and wouldn't operate smoothly. I called for a rough estimate and the service call and price for the parts was affordable. The glass tech came out and took a look and they gave me a final price that was very close to the estimate over the phone. I also got an estimate for a foggy window while he was there and I'll probably get that done next. The parts took about two weeks to arrive and get installed. A little longer than I hope but my windows were 19 years old and obsolete. Overall great service and price for all the work I had done.

Stopped in for some dual pane glass replacement units and got excellent help from the sales manager Arista. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Saved me a lot of money and took the time to educate me on how to repair my windows in the cheapest way.

I had this company come out in May of last year to replace a broken window. Their office staff was very nice and helpful. As a single mom working 2 jobs, I appreciated their help and kindness. However, what I didn't realize until today, when I tried to open my window and clean the glass is that the dual pane window that was replaced is NOT the same thickness as the original and it rattles in the window frame. It creates not only a noisy experience,(I didn't understand why my daughter was saying that she hears the \ wind blowing\ in her room at night) but also a draft. In addition, the repairman also did not reattach the guide cables that allow for the window to be opened and closed. So... I can no longer use the window. Since I was not there during the installation, I didn't realize that there were issues until today. Needless to say, I am not happy or impressed. That being said, I have left a message for the company to respond to. (This is a Sunday.) We will see how they choose to resolve the issues of the incorrect widow and installation errors. I will update when I know how this will be handled.

Because of the quarantine I unable to visit my rental property and called SR Windows & Glass to check out a couple windows that needed glass replacement. Fortunately, the glass tech was kind enough to send pictures of the window and I was able to verify the damage and broken glass remotely. They sent me a fair price quote to replace the glass and when the job was done I received pictures of the repaired windows. Thank you so much for making my life easy during this nerve racking time.

Literally the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. 8 weeks from the time I initially contacted them until I finally called them up and requested a refund BECAUSE THEY STILL HADN'T COMPLETED THE WORK. And the work was not particularly hard - it was a roller door replacement for a sliding glass door. Here's the timeline. 1. Called them to ask for service/quote. 2. Took a while to get that scheduled, but finally they did. 3. Showed up to check the door. Gave me a quote and said they would order the parts. Requested a deposit of 100.00 which I promptly paid. 4. Never heard from them again. 5. After weeks have gone by I call them. I am told they had been shorthanded but were going to call my tenants (it's a rental property) that day to schedule the work. 6. They don't call. 7. I call back 5 days later. They finally schedule a service appointment. 8. They come out and...they have ordered the wrong part. Tell my tenant they have to order the correct part and leave. No ETA on when it will be in, no next steps, nothing. 9. I call them 5 days later and get a voicemail. I request a refund of my deposit in that voicemail. They don't call me back. 10 I call them again the next business day and they finally pick up. The lady on the phone wasn't even aware they had been out there with the wrong part. She says they are going to refund me. 11. I want to underscore the above timeline was LONGER THAN 8 WEEKS. This is seriously the worst company I've ever dealt with. DO NOT USE THEM!! You will thank me.
