The folks are very patient with older customers. My husband’s truck window fogged up and nothing would remove the film. The repair/replacement was done at our home. The tech was masked up. He tried to clean it but agreed replacement would be the best option. He completed the job perfectly. We were happy with all aspects including the price. Thank you.

Edit: Within minutes submitting my compliant Elizabeth called to apologize for the mishap! I’m truly grateful for her making me feel like my time is valuable. We got it situated and I’m happy that all wasn’t lost. Thanks Elizabeth. FYI only shop location is on Manchester. Their mailing office is in St. Charles, don’t go there to get serviced like I did lol. Great customer service Thanks Unhappy with customer service today...came from working overnight to get my car serviced. Used the address on the website as well as google, to get here and to no one is present. Called the office and a person answered, didn’t expressed any apologies for the mishap, was short with me, and didn’t even attempt to reschedule my appointment for tomorrow instead hung up. I’m spending my hard on money and to be brushed off like I did something wrong is bs!
