Rory was very prompt responding to our mice infestation last Nov. He was very knowledgeable about the issue we were having and also a calming influence. He did a thorough investigation of all the levels of the house. He followed up with us a couple months later as he had promised and we are confident the problem has been resolved. He is very easy to work with, fair priced, and resolved the problem. Would definitely use again if the need arises and would highly recommend this company!

We have always been completely satisfied with the outstanding treatments we have received from this company. Years ago we had carpenter bees and the technician, Rory, came, sprayed and completely eliminated the bees. Recently there have been mice in our neighborhood and a single mouse appeared in our basement. Again Rory came, set out boxes, etc. and upon his return to check in 90 days there was no sign of mice. The cost for these services has been very fair and Rory is diligent, conscientious, and extremely competent.
My dad referred this company to me. He was very pleased with the services and had nothing but good things to say. My work unfortunately had a huge wasp nest, and Rory came out during a convenient time for us, and the clients/pets. He was very dependable, easygoing, and overall a friendly-determined worker. He even called to follow up and went back to check out the building. I will definitely be referring this company to the community! Thanks for all you did!!
Responded quickly to my call and came out ASAP, within a day after contact and explanation of the service options. They were knowledgeable and very nice to all individuals they came in contact with at our rental unit that was experiencing the ant issue. The showed up on time and called if this was a slight change and with several schedules to work with at rental...they were very accommodating. They discussed further treatments and other annual services if need arises. The multiple treatment plan went well and second treatment was just more to make sure, since no ants had been noticed for over a month since original an sudden invasion.
