I requested a quote for a small project. Eric called me back and in talking the design over, they actually came up with a better recommendation than I envisioned. The other members of their team that I've interacted with - the engineers, customer service, and even the guys I met on the floor when I picked up my samples - were knowledgeable about how the part worked. I like knowing there a is a team behind the work there and because of this, I highly recommend them for specialty pieces.
