We moved into a house with a water softener in the basement that was not hooked up. We had no idea what type of condition it was left in or if it would work. After getting some different estimates, I connected with Greg at Johnson Water Conditioning. He was quick to respond and I was able to text him photos and share some information about the water softener left in the house we just bought. As new home owners, we were hoping to save some money if possible and Greg definitely understood that. He was confident that they could get it working again, and I was highly skeptical! My husband and I decided to trust his years of experience and familiarity with the machine left at our house. Lo and behold, the water softener is in great working condition and he ended up saving us 800! Austin did our installation and while I wasn't home at the time, my husband was and said that he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Johnson Water Conditioning if you need any water treatment services.

Pete and Martin just installed for us. Fast, friendly, and very respectfull. they were willing to spend some time with us going over the water softener and how to change the time, etc. Went through the manual with me and showed me where to find the information I would need. Highly recommend.
