Barb is a great Pilates instructor. She draws from both her knowledge as a physical therapist and as a certified Pilates instructor to strengthen weak spots to prevent injury. As a dancer, she has helped me to repair my body from constant un-natural movement patterns. I've done Pilates for years and really trust Barb'a knowledge and have seen positive results in my own body.
