We rented 12 condo units at Innsbrook Resort for a family reunion in July, 2019. This was Dane’s first season representing the condos at Innsbrook, and it was a learning experience for all of us. When Innsbrook Resorts dropped condo rental from its list of services without warning prospective customers, Dane picked up the slack quickly. He always returned my phone calls. Even though his website took several months longer to be set up than he expected, he remembered our event and held the units that we needed while we figured out who was arriving which day and how many units we actually needed. However, when we arrived, one unit had not been cleaned at all (sheets stripped from beds, towels on the floor) and two of the units that had been cleaned still had full bags of trash in the kitchen trash cans. During our stay, the air conditioning in one unit broke. Dane moved the family into another unit immediately, and after getting the air conditioning fixed, the family moved back because they had three small children and did not want to pack and repack everything. Dane more than made up for all this by arranging for our reunion group to rent The Geneva Center. It was the perfect place for our family to gather! We had nine children under the age of five, all on different nap schedules. Because we were able to rent The Geneva Center, we had a place for everyone to eat lunch while the children could come and go when they were awake. The adults played cards and board games, visited and snacked. It was a terrific family reunion. All the condos were well equipped and spacious. Some had washers and dryers that we used. We all walked to the beach every day. There were bar-b-que grills that we also used. Although we had a variety of problems, Dane always returned phone calls and worked to make things right. He worked hard to make sure that we had a good time. And we did!
