We purchased our vacuum from them almost 5 years ago and we took it in to get the handle replaced. They let us know it was still under warranty, so not only did the handle get repaired at no charge, but they fixed a few other things that needed it as well. Really good customer service as they kept us informed of what needed to be fixed and when it would be finished.

I've been very happy with service done on my vacuum cleaner, sewing machine and serger. I really like the Babylock line they carry. Customer service is helpful and friendly.
Always super knowledgeable and helpful. Better Vacs than at the big box stores for less. Highly recommend. Always have parts and accessories for my non current vac.
