Always very friendly toward my family and I. Even when we needs parts for our snowmobiles, they've had it in stock every time. And most of it was just a couple of dollars. But always fast and friendly! Thanks for everything tom and crew!

This past January myself and 6 friends rented seven 1-up sleds from this company. We placed the reservation in November and planned a whole 3-day trip. When we arrived to pick-up the sled the initial contact lady was extremely rude. She started the conversation off by telling us someone in our group was going to have to take a 2-up. No apologies, just grunted for us to fill out the paperwork and then asked who wanted to pay first. When we handed over our credit card she proceeded to write the numbers down and make duplicate copies on several sheets of paper. (I don't think that's PCI compliant and/or legal these days.) Anyway, after they swiped our card we realized the amount was wrong. When we asked for a refund the guy at the front counter refused to process any type of credit until after we returned the sleds. An hour and a half after we arrived we were finally ready to have the mandatory walk-thru of the machines. But somewhere along the line they lost the key for one of the 1-ups. We waited another 30-minutes before someone finally said the machine was wrecked and they don't have any more. They'll have a mechanic work on it if we can come back in 30 more minutes. So we go for breakfast and come back and yet again we're getting nowhere! The sled is officially broken, they have no sleds left, and they never thought to call us prior to and/or call another company to try and assist us. So we called Paul's down the street and got a sled immediately. The best part is when we checked out the machines we made note and photographed any and all damages. It was a good thing we did because they were attempting to charge us for the crack in the hood! Once we showed them the photos they dropped the issue but still. It was a very frustrating experience and I think they could have handled this a whole lot differently.

I made a reservation on a Friday to rent a snowmobile and i called to cancel on Monday morning, the next day they were open, and they charged 100 for the cancellation. Owner only cares about getting your money any way he can get it! There is several other places to rent near St Germain so i urge you to do your business with them.

Ok selection of live bait. Staff not the friendliest or helpful. No information whatsoever about fish on nearby lakes or what bait to buy. They didnt even bother to make up what the fish were biting on.
