Nobody returns your phone calls and nobody responds to emails. We were told to email Dawn directly and Dawn has never responded to one email. I’m starting to believe that she doesn’t really exist. Edit: They responded to my negative review. That’s the only thing they’ve ever responded to. In the summer there was a power outage and they didn’t provide a generator to those who needed air condition.

I would like to thank Lisa for helping us with getting our deck done. During this uncertain time due to Covid19, she was able to get the paperwork moved along to get the job done. Also, before this company took over we were going on 6 years with no tree in our front yard. I mentioned to her we lost the tree during a storm 6 years ago,she said let her see what she can do. Within weeks we have a beautiful tree where an empty sport stood. Thank you. Robin and Joe Magri.
Love these guys! Dawn has invested heavily in the top industry tools to insure her clients get the best tenants in the shortest amount of time. If you have rentals in the Long Island area, I highly recommend them!

Truly an amazing company! Dawn and John are the only two people I would trust to manage my NY properties. They are cordial and attentive to my tenants, have long-lasting business relationships with local handymen and vendors (which saves me quite a bit of money over the long-term), and quickly respond to any and all calls or emails. It is no exaggeration that they treat their clients' property as their own. To be honest, I was skeptical about hiring a property manager, as I had been doing the job myself for years, and am a perfectionist in these matters. However, hiring PMI to manage my properties has greatly improved my day-to-day, in terms of stress and nuisance reduction, as well as keeping up an overall professionalism in my rental operation. I can't believe I didn't hire them earlier!
